Automatic wafer cone making machine structure
This cake cone machine’s main structure can be divided into three parts, namely paste mixing and injecting system, automatic baking system and discharging system.
1. Paste mixing and injecting system
The system is mainly responsible for uniform mixing and quantitative filling of the raw materials for making wafer cones. There is an automatic batter mixer above the grouting device of the system, which can quickly stir the raw materials. Then the batter will be automatically injected into the baking mold through the grouting device.
2. Automatic baking system
The automatic cones baking system is mainly composed of an upper forming mold, a lower baking mold, a pneumatic device, and a heating device. The opening and closing of the forming mold and the baking mold are controlled by a pneumatic device. After the batter is poured into the baking mold, the upper forming mold will automatically fall into the baking mold for baking. Each baking time is about 2 minutes.
3. Discharging system
After baking is completed, the upper forming mold will automatically lift. The baking mold will automatically open, and the baked wafer cones will automatically fall onto the conveyor belt under the machine for further collection.
